Over the past year, I’ve been making small, intentional swaps in our food. Not out of restriction, but out of nourishment. These changes have made a huge difference in my hormone health, energy, and inflammation.

Here are a few swaps I’ve really loved:

1. Switching to pasture-raised or local farmer's market eggs — they’re richer in nutrients and taste so much better.

2. Swapping refined sugar for raw local honey — especially if you struggle with seasonal allergies, local honey can help.

3. Baking my own sourdough bread instead of buying store-bought bread — fewer ingredients and easier to digest.

4. Choosing high-quality protein (pasture-raised meats, wild-caught fish) — quality truly matters for hormone support.

5. Making my own ice cream with simple wholesome ingredients.

None of this happened overnight, it’s been a slow journey. But every swap is a reminder that caring for our body doesn’t have to be complicated, just consistency.
